Reiki is the Art of Stress Reduction, Deep Relaxation, and Natural Healing. Ki, or Energy, is administered through the hands by a harmless and painless method, using either a Touch or a Touch less Treatment. When receiving a Reiki treatment, the Energy naturally surrounds the body to cleanse the Aura, also known as the Bio-Electro Magnetic Field, and flows through the patient to balance the Positive Energy, causing Healing, which feels like a warm and gentle massage. Receiving Reiki treatments greatly reduces Sickness and Disease(s), while Energizing our Mind, Body and Spirit to Increase Health & Happiness! Reiki is made up of two Japanese words:
REI (ray) – Universal, Spiritual-Consciousness, All-Knowing
KI (kee) – Breath, Life Force, Vital Radiant Energy, Energy
The Disciplines of Reiki teach us that Rei is the Spirit which resides within us all, and Ki is the Energy which all Life Forms are utilizing to sustain life, which we channel for Positive Intentions & Healing purposes. Energy is a part of the whole Universe and is also the very building block of material existence! Therefore, we are able to learn how to become a Natural Channel for this Energy and transfer it with the intention to promote Natural Healing, a Stress-Free Environment and a Happy Life! Reiki teaches us how to achieve Peace within ourselves as well as create Harmony with others. Furthermore, The Attunement Process is what permanently allows Reiki Practitioners to become Natural Channels in order to Transmit & Receive Energy. There are three (3) levels of Reiki: Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate),and Level 3 (Master).
More so, Energy flows naturally through Chakras, also known as Energy Centres. There are seven (7) in total and share a very strong bond with The Endocrine Gland System. Yoga Masters from India have been aware for Thousands upon Thousands of years that the Secret & Key to Human Evolution begins with Opening your Chakras & Activating the Endocrine Gland System! After each level of Reiki, The Attunement Process magnifies the amount of Energy an individual receives and transmits. This means that a Master is able to perform a treatment more effectively in a shorter period of time than that of a Level 1 or 2 Practitioner, even though the effects of the treatment will be relatively the same. In addition, whenever a patient receives a Reiki Treatment, the Mind, Body, and Spirit of the patient will always receive the correct amount of Energy that is required at that point in time, and nothing more. However, regardless of whatsoever level a Practitioner has achieved, amount of education one has received, any Religious affiliation and/or other belief system(s) one may follow, ALL Practitioners are treated equally with the same dignity and respect. ANYONE CAN LEARN! Reiki does not require that you believe in any Deity or God, because it is not a Religion. If anything, those who follow a Religious Faith and have learnt Reiki have grown to experience a Closer, Stronger, and Higher Spiritual Bond with their respective Faith. It has also no Educational, Age and/or Intellectual requirements. The only requirement is an Open Heart & an Open Mind. Even those who don’t believe in Reiki can still receive and be healed by Reiki Treatments, and therefore, Energy! Reiki seeks and promotes Natural methods to simply add and strengthen any individual’s belief system(s) while encouraging a healthy exploration of your Spirituality, without bringing harm to others or the Practitioner(s).
